"Cube Smart is the sole business in Las Vegas that lacks any air conditioning!"
The swamp cooler at Cube Smart located at 2121 Rock Springs has been out of order since mid-May until now! I have personally gone into my storage unit with three different thermometers, and the temperature has ranged from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. Other renters and I have reached out to corporate managers with high positions, sending emails, texts, and complaints. We have even contacted the Better Business Bureau as our belongings are melting in this unbearable heat. It is inhumane to expect us to hire movers in these conditions, as it would be torture! Furthermore, the upper management continues to deceive us about when the issue will be resolved. How can a business in Las Vegas stay open without air conditioning? Cube Smart is a negligent and terrible storage company.

"The customer service is terrible."
The customer service was absolutely terrible. The representative I spoke with was incredibly rude. I was supposed to receive a refund, but she informed me that I wouldn't get one because I had paid with cash. After insisting on speaking to a manager, she was finally instructed to refund my money. However, when I received the refund, I noticed that the amount was incorrect. When I asked her to explain why I was only receiving this amount, she couldn't provide a satisfactory answer. I then mentioned that she didn't have to yell at me, to which she responded, "If I was yelling, you would know it." Excuse me, but is this how you treat your customers? Where do they even find people like this? This company doesn't even deserve a single star. I called customer service to report her, but received no response.

"What was their concern regarding money? There was absolutely no customer service."
On July 2nd, at approximately 10:03 AM, I visited my storage unit on Woodside Avenue in Queens, New York. To my surprise, the facility was closed despite their advertised opening time of 9 AM. This was particularly inconvenient as my family and I were leaving for a trip that day, and I had stored our luggage and vacation clothing in the unit. After waiting for 10 minutes with no sign of anyone, I realized that the place was locked and dark. Since nobody showed up to open the facility, I had to rush to a store to purchase new luggage and vacation clothing for our trip.

Upon returning from our July 4th vacation, I contacted the storage unit to express my dissatisfaction. They informed me that they had an emergency and couldn't open the store. As a major business, it is unacceptable to rely on just one person to open the store, especially when unforeseen circumstances arise. There should always be someone available to serve customers.

After making numerous phone calls over the course of 12 days, I was finally issued a one-day credit for my storage unit. However, I find this to be a disgraceful and insulting resolution. I had spent $600 on luggage and clothing, which I cannot return because I had already used them. This is not how you should treat your customers. A one-day credit is insufficient considering the inconvenience and disappointment caused. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

It is important to remember that customers are the lifeblood of your business. We pay for a service, and you have failed to deliver on your end. If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. My experience was absolutely horrible. If anyone else has experienced a similar situation on that day or any other day, I urge you to leave a negative review. The management needs to understand how to properly serve their customers and stop being so miserly. It is crucial to have two people available to open the facility at all times.

Betty is incredibly helpful and kind. I wouldn't consider using any other storage facility. She always greets me with a warm smile, and my unit is conveniently accessible.

I decided to rent a parking spot for my camper at the storage facility in Amissville, Virginia. However, after my camper had been sitting there for about a week, I noticed a game camera pointed directly at it. Curious, I took a drive around the rest of the storage facility and realized that I was the only one being monitored. Could it be that this place is biased against my camper, which may not be as nice as the others stored there? What struck me as odd was that the staff, a man and a woman, seemed to recognize me without ever having met me before. They called me by name, indicating that they had been observing me for weeks. I strongly advise avoiding CubeSmart, as they appear to have a tendency to spy on their customers.

I strongly advise against using this location at 3301 NC highway 55, Cary, NC. It was previously known as Spacestation storage and was acquired by Cubesmart at some point. Unfortunately, this place is completely useless as it lacks temperature control. Furthermore, they increased the prices last October from $115 to $151 without notifying me. I only became aware of this a few months ago, and it is simply not worth it. I am currently considering closing my storage unit. The service provided is average at best, but it does not justify the cost. I recommend looking elsewhere for a storage facility that offers better deals and temperature control.

I strongly advise against using this location at 3301 NC highway 55, Cary, NC. It was previously known as Spacestation storage and was acquired by Cubesmart at some point. Unfortunately, this place is completely useless as it lacks temperature control. Furthermore, they increased the prices last October from $115 to $151 without notifying me. If you're in search of outdoor storage, I suggest you continue your search elsewhere. They claim to have well-lit and secure facilities, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Our toy-hauler was recently broken into, so we inquired about the surveillance cameras. To our dismay, we were informed that they either didn't have them or they weren't functioning in the area we rented. As I write this, I am currently on hold for their SureSmart/Great American Insurance customer service, and it has been 20 minutes and counting. It's truly frustrating to encounter companies with "America" in their name that provide such abysmal service. They should either improve or exit the business altogether!

The customer service is absolutely terrible, it's incredibly difficult to get in touch with an actual person, and the prices are exorbitantly high. They refuse to accept partial payments and provide zero assistance or alternative solutions. I have no intention of ever utilizing this company again!
